Hey all, I’ve been thinking about trying the 9am sit-stand desk routine, but I’m worried about how to handle it when I’m in a deep flow state or during long meetings. Sometimes, it’s hard to remember to switch positions when I’m really focused. How do you all manage this without interrupting your productivity?

I struggle with this, too, when I get super into a project. I use a sit-stand desk and try to balance the time, but if I’m in the middle of a long meeting or project, I might skip a transition and just sit. That said, I do try to get up and stretch during breaks, even if I don’t switch to standing every time. It’s about finding a routine that works for you while keeping your posture and health in mind.
